Geoffrey Rowley, Chief Executive Officer

Geoff is the Group Chief Executive Officer and is a Certified Accountant and Licensed Insolvency Practitioner with 35 years’ experience including at firms RSM Robson Rhodes and PKF. Geoff is a Partner in the London Restructuring Advisory team and was joint founder of the business in 2010. Outside of management responsibilities his focus is on dealing with corporate restructuring assignments acting for a range of stakeholders including boards, lenders and investors. Recent UK and international assignments have included The Body Shop International Ltd, Greensill Ltd, Palace Revive Development Ltd, Debenhams, Carluccios, BHS, Force India Formula One Team, Patisserie Valerie and London Capital & Finance.

Gavin Jones, Chief Financial Officer

Gavin is Chief Financial Officer and is part of the Group’s Management Board. He is responsible for all finance activities, investor relations and supporting the Partners and staff to deliver FRP’s growth strategy. He also oversees a number of the Group’s shared service functions. Gavin joined the business in June 2020, having formerly held executive roles within financial services, including a Divisional CFO at Marsh, Regional Financial Controller at Aon and an Executive Director at ABN AMRO’s Investment Banking division. He is a Chartered Accountant and member of the Chartered Institute for Securities and Investment.

ECO was one of the first 6 companies to be listed on AiM 21 years ago, is the owner and seller of a blockbuster - top 20 - regulatory approved therapeutic product in the livestock health segment, operates in over 70 countries worldwide, generates strong and growing margins, profits and cashflows. Invested operating cashflow over the last 7 years in innovative disease prevention vaccines and biologics is bearing fruit with the first new product to be launched this Summer. The pipeline of propietary new products is near term, rich and self-funded. The share price does not price in this new product opportunity (but does price in the cost) resulting in a share which is among the cheapest in its sector yet ignores the longevity, sustainability and robustness of the business. The largest shareholders are the biggest names in the London Fund Manager community. Consensus March 2026 revenue, EBITDA and cash balances are £86m, £8.2m, £21.7m respectively. ECO has a March year end, results announcement in July 2026.
