Terms and Conditions

1. About Us

2. The Service

We provide access to your Membership on a rolling subscription basis, which includes the following benefits:

  • Priority & unlimited access to MelloMonday webinars

  • Exclusive access to virtual and in-person meet-ups for members

  • Priority & unlimited access to bonus virtual events

  • Priority discounts on physical events

  • Access to select presentation slides from in-person events

  • Access to the webinar library

  • Partner discounts

We reserve the right to make amendments to the service included in memberships. If changes are made, we will provide reasonable advance notice and the option to cancel before the changes take effect.

3. Subscription Plan & Fees

Your subscription costs £125 per year, billed automatically at the start of each billing period using the payment method you provided. Prices include VAT as stated.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe, our payment provider.

4. Auto-Renewal

Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled. By subscribing, you authorise us to take recurring payments using your saved payment method.

5. Discount Codes

If you sign up with a discount code:

  • You will be charged the discounted price for the first year.

  • After the first year, the full subscription price (£125/year) applies unless you cancel before the next billing period.

6. Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time by:

  1. Logging into your Stripe customer portal at [https://billing.stripe.com/p/login/9B6eVe0wo7vr9Hhe91ak000] and selecting “Cancel Subscription”, or

  2. Contacting us at info@melloevents.com

When you cancel:

  • Your access continues until the end of the current billing period.

  • No further payments will be taken unless you restart your subscription.

7. Payment Issues

If a payment fails, we may attempt to retry the charge. Continued payment failures may result in temporary suspension or termination of access until payment is made.

8. Changes to Price or Terms

We may update subscription prices or these Terms & Conditions. If changes occur, we will provide reasonable advance notice and the option to cancel before the changes take effect.

9. Ending the Service

We may discontinue the service or terminate your subscription with notice, except where immediate termination is justified (e.g., misuse, breach of Terms).
