The event runs from 8:45am - 6pm. Doors open from 8:30am. The full schedule with timings will be released on the Mello Events website on the 8th April.

Travelling by Air

We're 9 miles from Birmingham International Airport which has a direct train to Birmingham New Street Station.

The venue does not have car parking facilities, however, there are concessionary rates for two car parks in the city centre.

The Grand Central car park on Hill Street (please note, this is the car park above the station), with post code B5 4DQ is £9.50 per 24 hours per entry and is less than a minute walk from the hotel through Grand Central. The car park is ticketless, please drive into the car park and upon returning to your car to leave, please scan the QR code (located on the wall outside each floor door in the car park) to pay. You will be required to enter your vehicle registration, at this stage please enter the promotional code “PKBUR23” and the daily rate will be amended. Simply pay, return to your vehicle and leave the car park. This car park is open 24/7 (via hill street) and during Grand Central opening hours via the train station (05:15-23:00  Monday to Saturday, 07:30-23:00 on Sunday) and has a height restriction of 1.95m.

The B4 Car park with post code B4 6DG is a short 9 minute walk from the hotel. Guests will receive 55% off the standard published tariff (After discount: £14.40 for 24 hours / £13.50 for 12 hours). Please speak with the hotel reception team prior to departure and they will validate your parking. This car park is open 24/7 and has a height restriction of 2.2 meters. Payment is made directly at the car park.

Refreshments: There is a water station located in the exhibitor area. Complimentary tea and coffee is available during the morning break and the mello bar is open all day, from 8:00am to 10:00pm.

Lunch Break: A small selection of complimentary sandwiches will be available in the exhibitor area during the lunch break.

Please feel free to bring food & drink along if you have any specific dietary requirements. More refreshments can be purchased at the bar.
