Imogen O’Connor, CEO
Imogen was appointed CEO of Oxford Metrics in October 2023. With a 22-year tenure at Vicon, she gained increasing levels of responsibility across the business, culminating in her appointment as Vicon’s CEO in 2012. Imogen has successfully grown the Vicon business organically and through acquisition and has been integral to the development and implementation of Oxford Metrics’ growth strategy.
Zoe Fox, CFO
Zoe has over 18 years’ experience in senior financial positions and was appointed CFO of Oxford Metrics in July 2024. Zoe was CFO at AIM listed FireAngel Safety Technology Group plc where she refinanced and transitioned the business, improving margins, efficiencies and working capital. She managed a strategic review of FireAngel which led to the successful disposal of the business. Prior to this, Zoe held the position of Finance Director at both FireAngel and European subsidiaries of US-based Jarden Corporation.

Dr Jelena Arsic van Os, CEO
Dr Jelena Arsic van Os, who joined the Accsys Board on 27 June 2023, has over 25 years’ experience in senior executive leadership roles in large-cap multinational companies. She has a proven track record in transforming and driving complex businesses, delivering on profitable growth targets, as well as leading successful operational turnarounds in both global and regional business in EMEA, APAC and South America. Prior to joining Accsys Jelena was VP Plastics, Coatings, Adhesives and Rubber Performance Minerals EMEA and APAC at Imerys SA, a global leader in mineral-based specialty solutions. Before that Jelena held a number of senior executive positions across the globe during her 17 years tenure at AkzoNobel, the large-cap, chemicals and coatings company. During her time at the company, Jelena was a member of AkzoNobel’s Executive Leadership Team.
Jelena has a PhD in Solid State Chemistry from Radboud University Nijmegen, Netherlands.
Sameet Vohra , CFOSameet Vohra joined the Accsys Board in September 2024. Prior to this he served as CFO of Sureserve Group PLC and has previously held positions including CFO of Science Group PLC, Group Director of Finance at Spectris PLC and Group Financial Controller at TT Electronics PLC.
He has more than 30 years’ experience in finance, with over 20 years’ experience working in UK-listed PLC’s primarily across manufacturing, engineering, and natural resources. He qualified as a chartered accountant with KPMG and is a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales.

Simon has held several significant senior roles throughout his career at Hoare Govett, Cargill Financial Markets and HSBC. He has also held multiple non-executive roles, including JP Morgan American Investment Trust, Intralink Group and Chairman of Trap Oil, an AIM-listed oil and gas business.
He continues to serve on charity and advisory boards and has significant governance and advisory experience across private and public markets. In 2002, Simon co-founded Oriel Securities, which became a leading UK independent broker dealer. He also served as Chairman and Chief Executive of Stifel Europe. In 2016, Simon co-founded JSB Energy Partners, focusing on energy investments in Western Europe.
