Andrew Hollingworth, Founder and Portfolio Manager
Andrew is the Founder of Holland Advisors and Portfolio Manager of the VT Holland Advisors Equity Fund.
Andrew seeks out the drivers of superior long-term compound growth for equity investors. These being ownership of businesses with strong Sustainable Competitive Advantages, that are often run by brilliant, visionary owner managers. He then looks to buy such business when they are mispriced by markets, usually during a period of uncertainty.
Andrew set up Holland Advisors in 2008 after a 20-year career in stockbroking and fund management. He founded and has managed the VT Holland Advisors Equity fund since its inception in 2011. He didn’t attend university, instead joining the investment industry when he was 18. He lives and works in Farnham, Surrey, UK and as a sizable investor in his own fund, eats his own cooking. He loves what he does.
Andrew published a detailed piece last week explaining that whilst AI is the new thing few of us fully understand, the capital cycle that is booming around it is not new. He will share what past cycles have taught him and how we can navigate this period.
The piece for those that want to read it ahead of his presentation can be seen on this link: https://hollandadvisors.co.uk/2026/06/24/jun-2026-what-a-capital-cycle-peak-ai-looks-like-part-1/

Gretel (www.gretel.co.uk) is an award-winning, free-to-consumer digital platform that helps people find and reconnect with lost, forgotten and dormant financial assets. Created to simplify what has traditionally been a complex and time-consuming process, Gretel enables individuals to search, in minutes, for assets they may have lost touch with across bank and savings accounts, pensions, investments, dividends, life insurance policies and child trust funds.
Using a single, secure online journey, Gretel helps people identify potential connections with financial providers and understand how to begin reclaiming what is theirs. It is designed for anyone who has moved home, changed name, changed jobs, experienced bereavement or simply lost track of financial products over time. Importantly, Gretel also enables bereaved families, executors and those looking after a vulnerable relative to search on behalf of someone else, helping ensure that money does not remain unnecessarily lost when it could make a meaningful difference to individuals and families.
Regularly endorsed by consumer champion Martin Lewis, Gretel has become a trusted route for people seeking to trace missing money without navigating numerous providers, forms and lengthy tracing processes. Its purpose is to put consumers back in control by making it easier to find assets that may otherwise remain unclaimed.
Alongside supporting consumers, Gretel works with financial services organisations to improve customer reconnection, reduce friction and support fairer outcomes, particularly for vulnerable customers. By combining accessible technology with a reunification-first approach, Gretel is helping modernise the UK’s approach to lost and dormant assets—prioritising the return of money to its rightful owner wherever possible.
Duncan Stevens, Founder and CEO
Duncan Stevens is Founder and CEO of Gretel, the free-to-consumer platform helping people trace and reclaim lost, forgotten and dormant savings and investments. A 2025 Consumer Champion of the Year winner, Duncan spent two decades running two of the UK’s most successful tracing businesses, helping reunite more than two million people with savings and investments, prior to launching Gretel in 2022. He is a prominent advocate for simpler, more inclusive financial services, with expertise spanning customer engagement, identity validation and data analytics.
In January, Duncan launched Billions 4 Millions, a nationwide initiative set to reunite the public with £1 billion in lost assets during 2026. He is also a regular media commentator on dormant assets, appearing on BBC and ITV, and has contributed to UK policy development, including work with the Dormant Assets Commission, where he successfully advocated for a reunification-first approach.
